Bhavana (Malayalam:ഭാവന, Tamil:பாவனா)(born 6 June 1986) is a South Indian actress who acts in Malayalam and Tamil movies.
She made her debut in Kamal's Nammal which won her critical acclaim and various honours, including the State award.
This Thrissur girl, whose real name is Karthika, is the daughter of Asst. Cinematographer, G.Balachandran Menon and Pushpa.
She has one brother named Jayaddev currently living in Vancouver, Canada.
Bhavana is not a successful actress in tamil. Almost all of her movies had gone failure commercially.
But, still she gets recognised for her unique acting style and acting performance in South Indian movies
